Carolyn Eva lives and working in Inverness in the Scottish Highlands. Over a number of years, she has developed her unique style herself. She works mainly with acrylics, including various metallics.
Among those artists who have influenced her work are Gustav Klimt, Paul Klee, Chuck Close, Friedensreich Hundertwasser and Alexandr Onishenko.
She is inspired by nature, vibrant colours and impressionism.
